Other termsRadius Solar World ships its products to almost all parts of India. Radius has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website. Confirmed Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hrs. Our products will be shipped on all days except Sunday, National Holidays and State Govt. Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping. However items weighing over 3 Kg or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks to get delivered depending on the location.
We will mail you the courier details to your email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48 hours of placing an order please check your junk folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Cash on Delivery Payment (COD)
1. Cash on delivery is applicable only within Chennai, Madurai And Coimbatore.
· 2. Cash has to be paid to the courier representative only during the time of delivery.
· 3. Only cash will be accepted at the time of delivery.
· 4. Cheques or Demand Drafts are not accepted.
· 5. Gift vouchers will not be applicable on COD orders.
Card Payment
You can order and pay securely with our online shopping cart. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. Your order will be processed only on receiving the payment. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us or you fail our security checks, we will not be liable for the delay or non delivery of your order caused by the same.
We accept Visa, Master & Mastro Card Amro along with Net banking of Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, uco bank, sbi bank. We also accept payments through Itz Cash Card and a wide range of debit cards.
